AKS Heat Transfer Ltd offer an on-site calorifier repair service for units that may be leaking or failed insurance inspection.

AKS are able to produce Solid-Works 3D drawings and models to ensure the exact reproduction of complete tube nests. AKS carry stocks of a large variety of materials to enable us to manufacture replacement tube nests to the pattern, site survey or drawings fast. We are able to manufacture in-house new tube plates using our CNC drilling machine and all units are fully pressure tested in our works, including by arranged third-party inspectors.

AKS can re-manufacture most types and makes of Calorifier and ‘U’ tubed tube nests, utilising a variety of materials including Copper, 90/10 CuNi, 70/30CuNi, Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels and Titanium.
